Ants path scarf, pattern as a file
This scarf is knitted flat from one end to another, while knitting the i-cord edges at the same time. The repeating lace pattern is charted.
Size and finished measurements: small (large), length ca. 135 (230) cm [53 (90)”], width 22 (27) cm [8,7 (10,6)”]. Finished measurements are taken after blocking.
The smaller scarf wraps around the neck once, and the larger one twice. The larger scarf is slightly wider and can also be tied nicely.
Yarn and yardage: Vuonue Merino Elsa wool yarn, Wilhelmi worsted yarn or Elvi alpaca yarn 100 (200) g [3.5 (7) oz] or ca. 360m (720m) [390 (780) yds] fingering weight yarn.
Needles: 3,5 mm / US 4 circular needle in 100 - 120 cm / 40 - 47”. or size needed to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 18 sts = 10 cm / 4” in lace pattern after blocking.
