This slipover got its inspiration from the traditional Fair Isle colorworks and knitwear of Shetland. It is knitted from bottom to top, worked in the round until the armholes, after that the front and back separately in flat. Not more than two colors are used in the same round.

Needles and notions
3,0 mm (US 2.5) / 80 cm (32”) long circular needles for Stockinette stitch
2,5 mm (US 1.5) / 80 cm (32”) long circular needles for ribbing
Adjust needle size if necessary to get the right gauge.

You need less than 1 skein for contrasting colors. For three smallest sizes, 50 g in colorway Red and 60 g in other contrasting colors are needed.

27 stitches x 32 rows = 10 cm / 4” on 3,0 mm / US 2.5 needles in stockinette stitch.
